I visited the shop today for the first time since the pandemic took over in March. Jim and Clay are holding it down in these crazy times. As others have noted, they are a neighborhood institution. Jim took care of me today and the hairline trim was on point! Moore's Barber Shop continues to be #1 in NOVA! The best.

Moore's Barbershop is the place to go if you want an excellent haircut and shave! My first encounter with Moore's was in the early 1990s where Mr. Moore, the shop owner and founder, fixed a very bad haircut I had received at a government barbershop--to this day I still drive nearly 30 miles to get a haircut now from his son Jim. The professionalism of Moore's Barbershop is such that when Jim is not available Clay, the other barber provides the same high-quality service. In addition, Jim and Clay can provide haircuts for a diversity of culture when other places can't.

Great shop. Being my first experience at a barber shop for my own hair, I was a little nervous. I had called ahead, and once I walked in, Mr Moore called me by name, remembering my earlier call. So great to feel so welcome at a new (to me) place. What a great spot in the neighborhood. Will definitely return and would refer people here looking for a barber. Thank you!

A HUGE thank you to Mr. Moore for accommodating my son with heart and lung disease by seeing him outside regular hours limiting his exposure to COVID 19. A true gem in Arlington.

As female w/a 'baldie cut' & new to the area I needed a barber w/'skills'. I saw Mr Moore's reviews on yelp & so far I've visited his shop twice...he's a great barber! Very on point & knows his stuff! I'd highly recommend him!!

Saw the business from the bus, looked them up; a long local institution, saw their great reviews and that they're open early (I got there right about 0800 but there'd already been customers before me). Gave me a great haircut at a very good price, definitely going again.
